Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using this service in any manner, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Continued use after any update signifies acceptance of those changes. These Terms govern all aspects of your use.
User Registration
Some features require you to register an account using valid personal information, including an email address and password. You confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and current. You are responsible for all activities conducted with your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized account use, notify support promptly.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include distributing harmful code, spamming, and infringing on intellectual property. You must not attempt to bypass security measures or collect user data without permission. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
Content Ownership & License
All content you upload or submit remains your property, while granting the service a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify any third-party claims arising from your content.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Access to certain premium features requires payment of fees as indicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated herein. You agree to pay any applicable taxes and charges. If payment fails, access to premium features may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours prior. You can manage renewal settings in your account dashboard. Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No proration is offered for partial billing cycles.
Service Changes & Updates
The service reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes that materially affect users will be communicated at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated service. No compensation is owed for modifications.
Termination Rights
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, or for any reason related to service security or operations. Notice of termination will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained from the service.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, and design elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted only a limited license to use the service under these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is,” without any warranties, whether express or implied. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding six months.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or court, at our discretion. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise directed.
